  1. Come well hydrated and not pregnant
  2. Don’t eat a big meal prior to arrival – better to skip dinner- best to fast all day.
  3. Don’t come if you are under the influence of any substance including marijuana, alcohol, or anything else! Come sober – otherwise you will be ruining your experience as well as others.
  4. Please send me a list of any medication you currently take along with any that are over the counter.
  5. You want to bring a bottle of water, just make sure it’s a multi-use bottle, we try to avoid single use plastics on the property.
  6. bring a towel, extra warm clothes and a bathing suit underneath your clothes.
The oldest person that attended was 77 years old, and the youngest was 9.
Check with your doctor, but also send me a list of your medications (I am a pharmacist, and will go over your meds to see if any may interact with any phase of the experience)
Sorry but being my personal property, only during the time if the actual event will I be able to host your arrival on the property.
We are currently working on a multi-day retreat, however for now it is only a 4-hour retreat after which you don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.

99% of people that come through this experience have never done any kind of yoga, meditation or any other aspect of this experience. As intense as it all is, yes this is geared to beginners but also to anyone who considers themselves advanced in this kind of practice. in my observations the profound affect works on everyone in a unique way.

No one is forced to do anything upon arrival. With that being said, every aspect of this experience is made to work in a cumulative effect with every other aspect in a very specific order. The experience that you fear most and the one that may be the most difficult, may also be the one to unlock something within you, therefore, I urge everyone to try to complete the journey from beginning to end in order to get the most out of it, I promise to be there to hold your hand and guide you through the tough parts.

The cold plunge is about 34 degree Fahrenheit and the sweat lodge gets between 200-250 degree Fahrenheit

I understand the vulnerability involved with each person attending this kind of experience, but from the thousands of guests that have come through, I have heard each and every time that they are glad to be part of a bigger group and the interconnection that ensues is profound.

You can change in one of the structures on the property. Please be aware we use a composting outhouse which goes along with the natural vibe of our experience.
