Myrtle Beach Retreat is influenced by many cultures and combines healing modalities such as Kundalini Yoga, Cacao ceremony, Chakra cleansing Gong meditation, Cold plunge, Sweat lodge, and Wim Hof Breathing. The experience is guided by a certified Meditation Teacher and practicing Doctor of Pharmacy.
When we go to a teacher, they may steer us towards only one practice, the one that will change your life. However, with so many to choose from, why is this one better than the other, and if so, then how can you be sure that it is the right one for you? My approach is different- I have created a practice that pieces together all the different experiences that affected me throughout my life. Through this four-hour journey, you will encounter various healing modalities that are sure to stimulate your own puzzle of practices one piece at a time. Consistency is the key, for that is when you are able to observe, add, change, or pivot, according to your own intuition. No rules, only whatever feels right.
As you enter the website you see this phrase “Follow through on your initial excitement, and with an open mind, allow yourself to be guided through a profound and powerful journey, transforming your suffering into rejuvenation.” Suffering is something we all try to avert whereas passion is something we all crave, but in Latin the origin of the word passion means to suffer. Averting suffering, we end up living a dispassionate unconscious existence. We synthetically try to get back some feelings of our true selves using pharmaceuticals, street drugs, or devices and screens that will give us a dopamine hit. Only 1% of people visiting this site will be ready to take the advice of the many testimonials that came through this experience; don’t think, resist or avert, just come and allow something profound to enter your life. I humbly look forward to guiding you towards your own healing, passion and joy.
